TYPES OF ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP

DESIGNATED REALTOR:   The sole proprietor, partner, corporate officer or branch office manager of a real estate firm or appraisal firm.

REALTOR:  A salesperson, broker, certified appraiser, trainee appraiser associated with a Designated Realtor.

AFFILIATE:  Individuals not engaged in the real estate profession who have interests requiring  information concerning real estate and support the objectives of the Association. (Examples: Individuals affiliated with Title Company, Lending Institution, Pest Control, Home Inspections, etc.)

TYPES OF MLS MEMBERSHIP

MLS PARTICIPANT: Any Designated Realtor of the Association who is a principal, partner, or corporate officer or branch office manager acting on behalf of the principal and holds a valid real estate broker's license.

COMP SERVICE:  Any Designated Realtor of the Association who is licensed or certified by an appropriate state regulatory agency to engage in the appraisal of property. Comp service participation is limited to the MLS Data being used for appraisal purposes and prohibits use of the data for listing and selling purposes.
